Christopher Collins-McNeil is Principal of The Collins-McNeil Group LLC, (CMG) a social impact strategy and communications consultancy headquartered in New York. CMG advises purpose driven organizations and mission driven leaders to drive strategic impact. CMG builds brand, campaign and organizational strategies in the context of the larger political, philanthropic and cultural trends.
Prior to founding CMG, Christopher worked across public and private sectors developing, implementing and overseeing cross-functional programs to build community, advance equity and drive impact. He’s worked with the country’s leading social, racial, economic and gender justice organizations. This experience has provided him with a unique vantage point on how narrative and organizational change can drive opportunities for social change.
A specialist in political affairs by training, Christopher began his career at New York City Hall in the Mayor’s Office of Intergovernmental Affairs. In 2021, Christopher was featured in BET x Doritos’ Amplify Black Voices, an ongoing initiative aimed at highlighting and investing in Black change-makers who drive culture and give back to their communities. During the 2020 election cycle, he served as a Policy Advisor to the Biden-Harris Presidential Campaign.
