Christopher Collins-McNeil is Founder and Principal Consultant of The Collins-McNeil Group, (CMG) LLC. The Collins-McNeil Group is a strategic communications and impact consultancy that builds cultural competency and credibility, maximizes your message and makes your social responsibility initiatives more resonant and impactful. 


Prior to founding CMG in 2020, Christopher worked at A/B Partners, a digital storytelling and content studio headquartered in New York City. There, he led high-impact digital first communications and media campaigns for some of the country’s leading organizations working on social, economic and racial justice. Prior to A/B, Christopher worked at Mercury Public Affairs, a high-stakes international strategy firm. There, he developed multi-level government affairs and media relations strategies for Fortune 500 companies, leading advocacy groups and prominent public and private figures. 


Christopher first received his start in politics as Special Assistant to the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs in the NYC Mayor's Office.


A political operative by training, Christopher remains actively engaged with New York’s national, state and local political and elected leaders as an organizing partner, fundraiser and advisor.


Christopher is a member of the Lincoln Center Young Patrons Circle, the Metropolitan College of New York President’s Advisory Council and The Gathering Spot. In 2018, Christopher was recognized by City and State Magazine as New York's 40 Under 40 in New York politics. He is the recipient of the President’s Award for Special Appreciation from the founding chapter of One Hundred Black Men, Inc. Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego.
